This course will prepare you to become a successful Certified Scrum Product Owner and leader to your development team. Through exercises, discussions, and case studies, participants will learn the fundamentals of Scrum as well as the responsibilities of the Product Owner. Topics addressed include techniques for developing a Product Vision, how to create, maintain, and order a Product Backlog, how to identify user needs, and an overview of sizing (estimating) in Scrum.
Course Goals and Objectives:
