This course is ideal for anyone who wishes to serve as a Scrum Master, support an Agile transformation, or simply build the skills to lead more effectively, Students will gain a strong understanding of Scrum concepts, develop real-world Agile skills, and learn how to apply the Scrum framework to help teams and organizations thrive.

Course Objectives

This course equips students with the knowledge and tools to confidently lead Agile teams and implement the Scrum framework in any industry. Students will learn core Scrum principles, how to facilitate Scrum events, build high-performing teams, and support product development using incremental delivery. Upon completion, students will be ready to take the 50-question CSM exam and earn the Certified ScrumMaster certification.

  • High School / Associate Degree with at least 2 years of professional experience
